What is Membership Care?
Membership-based model that prioritizes care connections, time, and prevention. By limiting the number of patients, your physician can offer same/next‑day visits, longer appointments, and direct communication for truly personalized care.

Do I still need insurance?
Yes. membership care covers care connections in our clinic, but insurance (or a health plan) is still needed for blood work, imaging, specialty care, medications, and hospital services. Many patients choose a high‑deductible plan with a health savings account.

What is the investment for membership care?
You can join Premier Medical Dallas for $3,000 per year for the primary member and $2,700 for other family members .

Is the retainer fee reimbursed by insurance?
No. The membership fee cannot be billed to or reimbursed by insurance or Medicare.

How do I pay the retainer fee?
You may pay the retainer fee annually, semi-annually, or quarterly by check or credit card.

Are my patient fees possibly eligible to fund with employer/self-employed funds, or pre-tax HSA funds, or employer funded FSA/HRA funds, or MSA funds??
Our practice model is designed to render our patients fees as “qualified medical expenses” under the US Internal Revenue Code and tracking IRS Publication 502, as our subscription fees are allocated as paying for ongoing physician diagnostic examination services regardless of immediate medical need. That said, you should confirm this with your tax expert regarding HSA and employer/self-employed funding, and, check with plan coordinators on FSA/HRA/MSA funding.

What if I have Medicare?
Patients with Medicare may join and receive the same services as non‑Medicare patients.
